2 cups Original Bisquick mix
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet, drain bacon on paper towels and pour bacon grease into separate container and set aside.

Leave about a tablespoon of bacon grease in pan to cook pancakes.

In medium bowl, stir all ingredients (except bacon, but add 1 tbsp. of bacon grease) with whisk or fork until blended.

For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 30 seconds or until edges are dry. Turn; cook other side until golden brown.

Serve hot with soft butter, maple syrup and bacon.
