3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks salted butter
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream together the white sugar, brown sugar and butter until un-granular & light.

In a small deep bowl, beat 2 eggs and fold into sugar mixture. Add vanilla.

Sift flour, salt, baking soda, then fold mixture into sugar mixture. Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Preheat oven to 350º'

Roll barter into golf ball size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.

Remove cookie sheet & cool for 5 minutes before moving cookies from sheet to flat surface.

(Note - if doubling recipe, only use 3 eggs)
