3 eggs
1 1/2 cups. vegetable oil
3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups apples, chopped (raw)
1 6-oz. bag of butterscotch morsels
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and oil together and then add eggs; mix well. Add dry ingredients and combine well. Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in an 11x13 greased and floured pan at 350º for 45 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with butterscotch morsels on top of cake right out of the oven.
