About 1 ½ cups La Pina Flour
1 ½ quarts water
2 large cones piloncillo (grandma referred this as panocha.)
4 cinnamon sticks (canela)
1 disk Mexican Chocolate (Ibarra)

Directions:
Directions:
Toast flour in frying pan. Boil large pot of water with cinnamon sticks, piloncillo and chocolate. Once piloncillo and chocolate have melted mix in toasted flour until dissolved. Stir and heat until boiling. Add milk, simmer, stir until thickens.
