1 16-oz. box spiral pasta
5 cans tuna in spring water, drained
1 small green pepper, diced
1 medium size tomato, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 15-oz. jar Miracle Whip
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta according to directions on package. While pasta is boiling, chop tomato, green pepper and onion (not too small). Drain pasta and let cool. Mix tuna, green pepper, onion and tomato in a separate bowl.
Add the tuna mixture to the drained pasta along with salt and pepper to taste. Add the Miracle Whip and mix to the consistency you want.

This recipe came from my dear friend Kenesha at work. Her mother made this and it was a favorite for her family for Sunday dinners and summer barbeques. It is now one of my favorites as well.
