2 cans of chickpeas (30 oz.)
4 cloves of garlic
4 Tbsp. tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Note: I like to remove the outer skins from the chickpeas for a smoother hummus.

Directions:

Rinse the chickpeas, drain, and add to blender. Add garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Serve with different vegetables.
