1 can niblet corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans
1 1/2 c chopped celery
1 red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 red onion chopped (I used half)
1 small can chopped chilies (you can use 1 small can chopped jalapenos if you like it spicier)
Marinade:
1 c sugar
1/3 c oil
3/4 c cider vinegar
black pepper

Directions:

Boil together marinade ingredients and cool to room temp.- a must.

Pour over veggies and set in refrigerator 24 hours or more-better the more it stands. Eat with tortilla scoops.

(I used about 1/3 c. sugar,1/4 c oil, 1/4 c white vinegar, 1/4 c lime juice and cilantro)
