2 cups instant white rice
2 cups water
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Rotel
2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 cups shredded cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown meat and drain off fat. Stir in beams, tomatoes, onion flakes, taco seasoning, soup and 1/2 cup water. Simmer over medium heat until everything is well combined and heated throughout. In a pot, prepare rice. Sir cooked rice and 1 cup of cheese into the beef mixture. Pour into a prepared 9x13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with your favorite taco toppings.
