6 slices sourdough bread
butter
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. sausage
3 cups grated cheese
12 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Trim the crust off the bread slices, butter one side, and put the piece butter side down in a casserole dish. Cook the sausage and drain. Spread the sausage over the bread evenly. Whisk all 12 eggs and mix the eggs with the sour cream. Pour egg mixture over the sausage. Cover with a layer of grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
