1 can refried beans
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup pitted olives, chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced with tops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread beans over bottom of a casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Add garlic (using garlic press) and mix well. Spread over beans. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 15 - 18 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
