Ingredients:  
PINEAPPLE - trim and cut into spears, place in plastic bag.
1/2 cp melted butter
3 Tbls brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Marinade 2 hrs-overnight. Find a warm place to put the bag for a few minutes to remelt the butter. Remove the pineapple from the marinade and place on the grill. Watch out for flare ups from the excess butter. Grill about 3 min, turn and grill 3 min more.
Great topped with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.

APPLES - cut in half and core, lay on foil and wrap it around the apple
1/2 cp granola
2 tsp brown sugar
Cinnamon
Combine granola and brown sugar. Spread the granola over the apple. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Wrap with foil and place on the grill for 8 min total. Turning occasionally.

PEACHES - Cut in half, remove pit
Caramel ice cream topping
Brush the peach with butter and place directly on the grill, cut side down. Cover with an upside down saucepan or lid and allow to grill for 5-6 min Remove from grill and place on serving dish cut side up, drizzle with caramel topping.
Great topped with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.

BANANAS - must be just this side of green, on the inside curve cut into the banana thru the peel but not all the way thru the banana - gently pull the sides apart to widen the opening
Milk chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows
Chopped pecans
Place some chocolate chips, marshmallows and pecans into the opening. Wrap fully in foil and place on the grill. 4-5 min - remove, unwrap and enjoy.

WATERMELON - cut into pieces, remove rind or not
Place the watermelon on the grill for 3 min each side. Watch out for hot juices from the watermelon. Watermelons have a high water content and when hot it can burn you.

CANTALOUPE - cut into chunks and thread onto skewers
1/4 cp butter
1 Tbls honey
1 tsp mint
Heat the butter and honey so they'll combine easily. Add the mint. Brush the skewers with the mixture. Grill 4-6 min, turning occasionally. Serve with leftover sauce.
Great served with vanilla ice cream.
