8 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained well, and chopped (not marinated)
3/4 C mayo
1/2 c grated parmesan
1/2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
Hot Pepper Sauce to taste

Mix everything together in an oven proof casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
