Ingredients:
24 oz cranberries
2 C sugar
2 C. coarsely chopped walnuts
18 oz jar of Marmalade
1 1/2 T. lemon juice

Put 2C coarsely chopped walnuts in a 13 x 9 pan and toast in a 350 oven for 7 mins. Don't burn them, they get bitter.
Wash 24 oz of fresh Cranberries, but do not dry them. Place directly in a roasting pan. Add 2 C sugar and mix well. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. When cooked, stir well and add marmalade, lemon juice and nuts. Put in a large bowl and cover well. Refrigerate.

This sauce keeps well and you can freeze it in smaller batches. Delicious with Turkey, Chicken, Pork, as well as a topping for Vanilla Ice Cream. Serve at room temp. (Uncle Nick loved it on ice cream)
