Ham Loaf, sliced (1 lb)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash ground gloves
dash ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
6-8 Yam Patties
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Lay ham fanned out in baking dish as flat as pan will allow. Lay Yam Patties on top of ham. Mix spices in a bowl and lightly dust both yams and ham. Drizzle honey over everything, cover and bake 325º for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes
