1 Rutabaga
1 acorn squash
2 beets
2 sweet potato's
2 carrots
2 parsnips
1/2 onion, sliced
1garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup white wine
salt & pepper
1 Tbsp. Thyme
1/2 cup Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Rutabaga and beets, then cool. Peel and cube all veggies. Place is baking dish, add salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil. Cover dish with lid or foil and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Add white wine and maple syrup. return to oven for 30 more uncovered.
