1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 small onion chopped
1 package (or less, to your taste) Private Selection Zesty Corn & Black Bean Blend
! can tomatoes with chili seasoning
1 can chili beans
3 tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. chopped jalepeno
Directions:

Brown ground chuck and hot sausage with onion. Drain. Mix everything else in, add three cans of water. (I use the empty tomato can.)

Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer for hour.
