8 large potato's
1/2 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. bacon grease
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
peel 4-5 larges potato, dice and place in pot to boil. Cook until tender but not mush. Drain and return to pot. Add Chicken Broth, Milk, salt and pepper. Mix well and increase heat. Add remaining pealed and diced potato's. When heated through, add bacon grease, Bacon bits and sour cream. Let simmer and begin stirring in cheese slowly. Let simmer 45 minute to an hour or several hours by crock pot.
