1 pkg-10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
¼ cp diced red onion
1 pkg 1.4 oz dry vegi soup mix
1 ½ cp sour cream
1 cp mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure the spinach is thawed and well drained. To drain, place it in a colander and push most of the water out. When mostly dry, lay it out on paper towels and press on it with more paper towels. It won’t be completely dry but press out as much water as possible.

In a small bowl combine the spinach, onion and soup mix. Stir in sour cream and mayo.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr but preferably overnight.
