12 - 14 pieces of bacon - uncooked
4 Large Eggs
2/3 cup cheese
Optional - spinach, onions etc

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

On a piece of foil. Lay 6 -7 pieces of bacon in one direction. Then basketweave the other pieces through the first layer to create a square. (if desired for more done bacon -cook for 10 minutes)

Scramble the eggs with a small bit of milk if desired. Spread on the bacon and top with cheese. Add any other toppings. Then using the foil, roll into log and place in loaf pan.
Bake 20-30 minutes total cooking time. Slice to serve.
