1 bottle Olive Garden House Italian Dressing
Fresh Rosemary

Directions:
Place Pork Loin, either whole or thick sliced, in Gal size Ziploc Bag. Pour Italian Dressing into the bag, just enough to cover it. Push all air out of the bag and seal. Roll the bag around the pork loin and let sit in the fridge overnight.
The next day, place pork loin into baking dish, do not pour extra dressing over the meat. Place Rosemary Sprigs on top. Cover with foil and bake 30-45 minutes at 350 or until center reads 180F. Remove foil and increase heat in oven to 400. Place back in oven for 10 minute to brown slightly.
