3 lbs. chicken, floured and sauted
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. roasted red pepper, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. marintated artichoke hearts
1 c. pepperocini, cut into pieces
2 T. garlic
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 T. parsley

Spinach fettucine

Cook chicken in oil. Mix all other ingredients and add to chicken. Simmer. Serve over cooked spinach fettucine.
