Gluten Free Elbow Noodles
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Red Mill Gluten free Multi Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups Milk
2 Cup Shredded Cheese (not pre-shredded)
Dash of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Noodle per package directions.
Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in flour slowly until smooth over a medium heat Add milk quickly and whisk vigorously as it will thicken very fast. Heat to almost boiling and add cheese. Heat and stir until smooth. Pour over prepared noodles. Top with additional shredded cheese, then bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes. You will want twice as much sauce as normal mac and cheese as the noodles absorb a lot.
