2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup flake coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Topping:
1 package of chocolate chips
1/2 bar of parafin wax
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except topping ingredients, and form into spoon size balls

2. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to get firm

3. Melt chocolate chips, butter and parafin wax in small pan/bowl

4. Stick toothpicks into peanut butter balls and dip into chocolate to cover. Place on baking sheet to cool before moving to another container.

I usually make these at Christmas and keep in the freezer, pulling out one at a time. I can barely contain myself to have only one. This was mom's recipe as well, which makes it all the more special!
