1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with baking paper. In Large Bowl, mix Peanut Butter, and sugar with fork until well blended. Add egg, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Roll Tbsp. size balls onto baking sheet about an inch apart. With fork, press flat then repeat turning fork 90 degrees. This will make the crossed pattern on top. Sprinkle each with sugar if desired. Bake for 10 minutes, cool for 5 before transferring to cooling rack.
