6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups salsa
1 can corn
6 tablespoons taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
1 can (14-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies

Place chicken on bottom of crockpot. Mix all ingredients together except the cream cheese and pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours
Thirty minutes before serving add cream cheese and shred chicken. Serve over rice.
