4 cups Bisquick mix
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese ,grated
1 pound hot sausage
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Place sausage balls on a cookie sheet about one inch apart. Bake at about 350 degrees. Turn over when bottoms are brown. Bake until done. Baking time should be about twenty-twenty-five minutes.
