2 cups canned pumpkin
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 cup each granulated sugar and packed brown sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients with the oil and pumpkin, stirring until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly. Bake in well greased loaf pans for 50 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Makes 2 loaves.

Chopped walnuts or 1 C. dried or fresh cranberries are a great addition to this bread. The recipe will not disappoint you. It's nice and moist.
