3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter (1 stick)
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (7oz.) can of evaporated milk

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
½ cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk together and put into a 13x9 casserole dish.
Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and spread over the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until puffy.

*Casserole may be frozen before baking. Thaw before baking.
