2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
1 lb cottage cheese (small curd), drain excess liquid off top
1 1/2 C sugar
4 eggs
3 tbl cornstarch
3 tbl flour
1 1/2 tbl lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C butter (or margarine) melted
1 pt sour cream (or half & half)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare a 9" greased spring pan with graham crackers and nuts crust.

In a large bowl with electric mixer, on high blend cream cheese with cottage cheese until creamy and well combined. Gradually beat in sugar: then beat in eggs until well mixed.

At low speed, beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add melted, cooled butter and sour cream. Beat until smoothed.

Pour into prepared spring pan. Bake 1 hr and 10 minutes, minimum, or until firm around the edges. Turn off oven. Let cake stand in oven 2 hrs.

Remove cake from oven: let cool completely. Cool in fridge until well chilled - several hours - over night.

To Serve:
Run spatula around sides to remove sides of spring form - leave bottom of pan in place.
