4 Large Peppers - Any Color
1 c. Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Olive Oil
12 Black Olives - minced or 1 small can chopped
1 c. Raisins
6 Anchovies - Minced
4 T. Parsley - fresh or dried
1 T. Basil - dried
1 c. Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Cut peppers in half crossways. Remove seeds. Combine remaining ingredients except tomato sauce. Spoon mixture into peppers. Top w/ tomato sauce and then sprinkle drops of olive oil on top.

Slightly grease pan w/olive oil

Bake in 350* oven 45 min. - 1 hr. Until tender
