2 c. Sifted flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
11/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 c. Sugar

2 T. Hot water
1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 c. Sugar
2 T. Oil

1 c. Whole cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Blend all the dry ingredients.

Mix the remaining ingredients except for the cranberries and add to dry mixture.

Fold in the cranberries.

Pour into one greased loaf pan.

Cook for one hour.
