8 oz cream cheese at room temp.
8 oz crabmeat or shrimp
1 C chop celery
1 scallion chop
1 can mushroom soup
1 C mayonnaise
1 T gelatin dissolved in
3 T cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mayo
Heat soup, then add dissolved gelatin in soup. Add cream cheese mixture.
Fold in drained crab.
Put in mold. (I use a tupperware ring mold)
Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
Dip mold in hot water to loosen. Put plate on top of mold and flip it over. Remove mold.
