Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 6oz can pineapple juice
¼ cup cooking sherry
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Ginger
6 pork chops
1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the pineapple juice, sherry, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger together in a large plastic zipper bag, and smush the bag a few times with your hands to mix the marinade and dissolve the sugar. Remove 1/4 cp and set aside.

Place the pork chops into the marinade, squeeze out any air in the bag, seal it, and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Remove the chops from the marinade, shaking off excess, and grill until browned, the meat is no longer pink inside. Brush several times with the marinade you set aside. 5 to 8 minutes per side depending on thickness.

Personal Notes:
My fav pork marinade. Of course grilling pineapple is always a good side when grilling. I've tried many pineapple marinades and I find that melted butter with a little brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon is the most tasty. Be sure to brush them as they grill as well.
