2 lbs hamburger
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 Tbls Worchestershire sauce

2 tsp Schilling Grill Mates steak seasoning
8 oz Pepper Jack cheese cut into 14 chunks (you’ll have a couple leftover)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*. In a large bowl combine the tomato soup, Worchestershire, and eggs. Add the bread crumbs, stir and let sit 5 min. Put the hamburger, green onion and steak seasoning in the bowl and mix with your hands till well blended.

Use a cookie sheet with sides. Cover the cookie sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.

Form 12-14 meatballs about the size of a billiard ball and stick a chunk of cheese into the middle of the meatball, form the meat around it and set it on the cookie sheet. Bake 40 in or until done, they’re done when they are firm and don’t just fall apart when you try to pick it up.

Personal Notes:
I love this because my fav part of meatloaf is the crusty outside and with these it's all crusty outside! Plus cheese!!
