11/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
3/4 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 tablespoon shortening
3 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and shortening [warmed] with pastry blender. add honey and cold water. Mix well, kneed on floured board until not sticky. Form into a ball and press into a circle. score a circle in center with cookie cutter, score to larger circles with knife, cut into 8x16 peices.
Bake @ 350º for 12 to 15 minutes.
