5 lbs. potatoes, boiled and cooled
9 eggs, boiled and cooled
4 large dill pickles
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated onion
1/3 c. dill pickle juice
1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, put potatoes that have been cut into bite sized pieces. Peel and chop seven of the eggs. Add to potatoes. Chop pickles and add them to potatoes. Add seasonings, pickle juice, and mayonnaise. Stir well. Slice two remaining eggs and arrange on top of mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
Chill at least 1 hour.
