Shrimp Tacos Recipe

2 lbs. raw peeled shrimp
1 large onion
2 (4 oz.) cans whole mild chilies
1 c. sour cream
Corn tortillas or taco shells
1 lb. pepper jack cheese, shredded
Lettuce
Tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion lengthwise into strips. Cut chilies into thin strips.
Saute shrimp in butter until done. Add onion and chilies. Cook until onions are done. Add sour cream. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Put shrimp mixture in taco shells and top with cheese, lettuce and tomato or to use corn tortillas, fry corn tortillas in oil until done but not hard. Drain the oil off with paper towels.
