Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar

Filling:
3 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
5 eggs and 1 yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix together ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan.
For filling, mix cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time, mix until creamy. Add vanilla. Pour into crust. Put foil around bottom of springform pan and set in jelly roll pan. After setting in the jelly roll pan, pour water in pan. This helps to keep the cheesecake from cracking on top. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Cool about 1/2 hour.
For topping:
Mix together ingredients well. Spread on cake. Bake at 450º for 5 minutes.
