1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup butter or margarine

3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg

1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven - 350º
Using solid shortening, grease bottom and sides of 9" square pan (9x13 - double recipe)

In microwave safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and butter. Cool to lukewarm.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Lightly spoon into measuring cup and level off. Add to butterscotch mixture along with brown sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix well.

Fold marshmallows, semi-sweet chips and nuts into batter just until combined - about 5 strokes.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Do not overbake. Center will be jiggly but firms up when cool.,
