1 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
4 cups peeled, diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cups dark brown sugar
2 ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Hot pepper sauce (Choose your own heat level)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in a large sauce pan. simmer for about an hour, stirring so it doesn't burn. Cool in refrigerator and serve on toast, over eggs and hash browns or with steak. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze.
