Cake:
1 cup Guinness Beer
½ cup butter
2 cups sugar
¾ cup baking cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cups sour cream
3 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp. baking soda

Icing:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
Baileys (Caramel is my favorite)

Directions:

Grease a 9-inch spring form pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, heat beer and butter until melted. Remove from heat. In large bowl, mix sugar and cocoa and whisk in beer mixture until blended. In a small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and vanilla; whisk into beer mixture. Combine flour and baking soda; whisk into beer mixture until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until done. Completely cool and remove ring.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and beat adding baileys a little at a time until smooth texture. Frost and serve.
