1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 small onion finally chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
¼ tsp. breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg

Rolls or hamburger buns
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together extremely well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Form into large ball about 2 -2 ½ inch diameter. Flatten into 1” thick patties. Pan fry or barbecue until done. Serve on hard roll or hamburger buns.
