4 cups baby carrots - whole or large carrots, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp. honey
½ - 1 cup cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until tender. Drain. Melt butter and honey in pan. Add carrots and cashews. Cook approximately 5 minutes on medium-low heat stirring enough to prevent boiling.
