4 cups water
1 tsp. Better than Bouillon chicken
½ tsp. Better than Bouillon vegetable
2 cups finally chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onion, tomato, asparagus, etc.)
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 cups Quinoa

Directions:
Directions:
In 2-quart saucepan, add water, bouillon and vegetables. Bring to boil. Add quinoa, stir, cover and reduce heat. Cook for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Can be made with rice.
