About a 3 lb. brisket or roast

Marinade:
4 oz. Radler ( or light beer with shot of lemon or lime)
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
¼ c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. onion powder
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. sage
¼ tsp. thyme
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. parsley
¼ tsp. Tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and marinade meat for 2-3 hours.
If using a brisket, bake at 325 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours with all the juices until done or barbecue, marinating often.
For the beef roast, cook until desired doneness.

It's 30 minutes per pound for medium-well and 1 hour per pound for well done.
