1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Dijon mustard sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
fresh rosemary
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheatoven to 450º. Mix together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and rice wine vinegar.

Place chicken thighs into a foil-lined or disposable oven-proof 8x8 inc baking dish. Approximately 6 thighs serves 3 people. Salt and pepper thighs. Pour maple syrup mixture over thighs, turning the thighs in the mixture so they are fully coated.

Bake for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 165º. Baste halfway through. Let rest for 5 minutes. Spoon extra sauce over top. Sprinkle fresh rosemary over top.
