Mix together:
3 1/3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups sugar
Mix together:
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 cup nuts…if desired. (I use pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first. Then mix wet ingredients. Then mix all together. Pour into greased loaf pans.
Makes 5 to 6 mini loaves or 3 large loaves.

Bake for 45 mins at 350º Check at about 40 mins with toothpick. Should come out clean.
