6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
14 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup cream, whipped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, then blend in sugar. Add the drained pineapple and cranberry sauce; mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread into a loaf pan and freeze until ready to serve.

This is a nice side to have on the holidays...especially for those who don't like the tart/sweet taste of cranberry sauce by itself. Make it the day before and there will be one less dish to prepare!
