1 stick butter
garlic powder to taste
1 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
2 6oz. cans chopped clams, drained, reserving liquid
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
Tobasco sauce to taste
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Saute onion and green pepper until softened. Add garlic powder. Add chopped clams, lemon juice, oregano, parsley, and Tobasco to taste. Heat through. Add in clam juice and Italian bread crumbs. Combine and place in a pie dish and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes in 400º oven.

Serve warm with crackers.
