I made these with left over Rib Eye Steak from previous meal.
Onion, sliced
glarlic clove
1 taco seasoning package
2/3 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Flour Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
I sliced up the Steak like Fajita meat, then sautéd it with onions. I put some minced garlic in, a package of taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water and a can of Cream of mushroom soup. I let that simmer a few minutes.

Warm the tortillas then put a spoon of Steak drained of some of the juices and some cheese.
Wrap them and put in a pan. Pour the leftover juices and meat over enchiladas and more cheese.
Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
